PI4K is the guiding principles, which has to be bear in mind and taken into account by all members of the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water (KeTTHA) in performing their responsibilities. The principles consist of:

Concerned

• Good and healthy relationship among members of the organization.
• To maintain and foster good relationship between the organization and related industries.

Knowledge

• Knowledgeable society is the substance for quality and skilled employee.
• K-KTAK as the core of information system development.

Quality

• All duties and responsibilities have to come altogether with quality.
• To improve the services and achievements of KeTTHA through quality assurance, particularly in area which involve all related industries such as TMB and TNB.

Empowered

• Effective authorization in implementing policies.
• Effective controlling and monitoring over the related industries under the ministry.

Firmness

• To cultivate value of trustwothiness among the members of the Ministry.
• All members must consistently follow and obey rules and regulations.

Prosperous

• The practice of norms, values and religious teachings will lead society towards moral and faithful life.
• All members always learn, understand and practice the PI4K and the 12 Pillars.
