The Ministry of Energy, Water and Communications has received a grant facility from GEF to develop a detailed full project brief for a National Programme on Grid Connected Palm Oil Biomass Power Generation. The main aim of the project is to identify and remove barriers to commercial utilization of biomass residue co-generation, including grid connected power generation in Malaysia.
